Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be granted for ESBA digital desktop software products.

1. Refund Window
We offer a limited 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
- Duplicate charges
- Non-delivery of the product after successful payment
- Major technical issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
3. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases, unsupported environments, misuse, or requests made after download and successful activation, except where required by law.
4. Payment Processing and Refund Handling
When checkout is enabled, payments will be securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy will handle billing, taxes, and refund processing.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@esupportbyaizaz.com with your order details, product name, purchase date, and the issue you are experiencing. If checkout is enabled at the time of purchase, Lemon Squeezy may also provide refund handling through the order record.
