2. Digital Products Only

We sell digital desktop software products only. Our catalog includes business software for retail, finance, and pharmacy workflows. No physical products are sold or shipped.

3. Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed clearly on the website. Each listed product is sold as a one-time payment with lifetime access on one device unless the product page states otherwise.

When checkout is enabled, payments will be securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy will handle billing, taxes, and refund processing.

4. Delivery and Access

After successful payment, customers will receive digital delivery by email or secure order access. Delivery includes a secure desktop app download link and the activation steps needed to complete setup.

5. License Terms

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one device.

• Allowed: install and use the software for your own business operations.
• Not allowed: resell, redistribute, share license files or activation data, reverse engineer, or bypass licensing controls.

6. Activation Flow

Some products use a device-based activation flow. In that case, you will open the app, copy the Device ID, submit it through the activation page, and receive a signed license file for that device.

7. Refunds

We offer a limited 7-day refund policy for duplicate charges, non-delivery, or major technical issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or software for unlawful activity, malware distribution, or any activity that infringes the rights of others.
